Three of my newest abstracts (including my largest yet) are in this beautiful show at Gallery 1710 in Tsawwassen, BC. The art show and sale runs from Nov 24-Dec17. Gallery open Friday-Sunday from 12-4!

I have two paintings in the upcoming Bloom exhibit at the new Goldfinch road gallery run by Arts and Culture Colwood. Open Wed through Fri 10 to 3 and Saturday noon to 4 (plus Mother's Day).

The Etobicoke Art Group in partnership with Studio M Galery, are pleased to present a retrospective exhibition of the work of celebrated artist, beloved educator and mentor, John Leonard (RCA). For more than 50 years he has shared his knowledge with countless artists, offering deeper insight into drawing and painting techniques.
Students, colleagues, and friends from far and wide, are delighted to celebrate a retrospective of the sensational John Leonard on the occasion of his 80th birthday.

I have had one painting accepted into this juried exhibit at the ArtPod Gallery in Metchosin. They are open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 4 pm. Admission is free.

Fibre Arts Exhibition

I will have a variety of my larger alcohol ink paintings on the main floor for the Art Enrichment Display.

I have a selection of artistically created giftware in this little hidden gem of a gift gallery…stained glass, art dolls, small paintings, wood burned pictures, and so on.

Artist in Residence at L'Aromas Bakehouse and Coffee Roastery from March 2022 to current. I have over 25 pieces of art decorating the walls of the large and beautiful space of L'Aromas. Be sure to venture into the billiards room to see more abstract art on display.

I was honored with an invitation to display my Scratchboard Art at the Butchart Gardens in Victoria British Columbia.

A selection of my Art Dolls will be on display in the Glenrose Rehab Center, they are in the glass cases near the cafeteria on the basement level. 50% is donated to the Camrose Womens Shelter and another 20% is donated to the Glenrose. Be inspired!

Judith is interested in the potential for interactions between Art and Science. She and partner Mike enthusiastically support the endeavors of the Perimeter Institute, Waterloo, Ontario. Eight of Judith's paintings have been accepted into the Perimeter Institute's art collection and installed in various venues within the Perimeter.

Paint Ontario is the largest representational art show and sale in Ontario.
Over 200 pieces will be displayed and up for sale.

As a board member, and active volunteer for the Grand Bend Art Centre, I will have 3 pieces up at the show within the "Host Gallery". In addition, I will have beach bags, carry all pouches and tea towels/sport towels available at the Art Centre Shoppe, which will be located in the Grand Bend Art Centre, directly beside the Grand Bend Legion, where the Paint Ontario gallery will be located.

This is going to be a fun and supportive two-day workshop focusing on helping participating artists better understand perspective using Nancie’s methods and learning to "simplify" compositions involving man-made structures. As part of an art/cultural exchange La Canada’s Sister City organization is sending art to exhibit in Villanueva de la Cañada, Spain during their San Ysidro festival, 10 days in May 2024. This is a great honor to be invited to send artwork. My artwork was chosen to show some California’s coastal subject matter.

Art in the Park Beach Festival

This two day arts and craft market takes place in the gardens surrounding the tennis courts at the Parksville Community Park. Paintings, sculptures, jewelry, pottery, photography, art cards, children’s clothing, art glass and much more will be available to purchase.

This is the 17th (and final) year for this tour. I feel so happy to have been a part of it from the beginning. This is the best tour that I have ever participated in and it will be SO missed now that it is ending. I am honoured to present a painting based on my assigned writer partner, Monica Davis's written work. I will be curating the artwork for the festival. I am teaching a Plein air watercolour workshop as part of the festival as well as a "paint loose" watercolour workshop. See Art and Words Sunshine Coast for registration details.

ANNOUNCING: The next West Fine Art Show is set for August 29, 30, and 31, 2024.

The show will be staged in the stunning Cascades Ballroom at Coast Langley City Hotel & Convention Centre, located adjacent to Cascades Casino.

The show will feature 25 exceptional artists. John Gilliat will be performing on guitar during the show.
